Papa Gee is a Nashville-based diviner, perfumer, soap-maker, concoctor of potions,
business owner, and author. After practicing Appalachian folk magic for many years,
he took up the study and African American conjure, and has brought them together
as a teacher and practitioner of Southern Folk Magic.
This year he will lead a workshop on the history and practice of Tea Leaf reading,
featuring his new book written with Catherine Yronwode entitled
Stranger in the Cup: How to Read Your Luck and Fate in the Tea Leaves."
Jon Saint Germain:
With over thirty-five years of experience helping people resolve
relationship, life, love, career and other issues, Jon Saint Germain's
greatest pleasure in life is helping people attain the happiness they deserve.
He is a member of AIRR and Hoodoo Psychics, the Voice of the Crystal Silence League,
the author of many books, including Lithomancy and Crystal Magic,
and he hosts a weekly podcast for prayers and education. He is an ordained minister,
intuitive consultant and rootworker, and will be teaching a workshop this year on
Crafting a Doll-Baby for Love, Help, or Harm.
Rev. Tony Iacoviello:
Ordained as a Baptist minister in 1984. In 1987 Rev. Tony Iacoviello earned a Th.D. in Theology and Pastoral Counseling and a Doctor of Divinity from Liberty Bible College and subsequently practiced his ministry in Texas, South Korea, Japan, New York, and Massachusetts, working with various organizations as a minister, pastor, pastoral counselor, and teaching until 2007 when he retired from organized religion. He has been reading palms, tarot, and other oracles for decades, as well as practicing Christian magic and folk magic. He is currently a student of Catherine Yronwode, and will be conducting Sunday's "Prayer as Petition" workshop.
Stephen Dupree:
Stephen Dupree is an actor, voice artist, and author who is
best known for his roles in "The People vs Larry Flynt", "Box
of Moonlight", and "Opposite of Ernest." He served for 10
years in the United States Navy, from 1973 to 1983. He has
appeared in several television shows including Survivor's
Remorse and Mercy Street. He has provided voiceover narration
for television commercials, documentaries, radio programs, as
well as community produced videos on important issues affecting
the Knoxville, Tennessee area. He is the author of "Before You
Take The Plunge: What your minister, counselor, teachers,
family, friends and society should have told you about marriage
and relationships - but didn't." Stephen will be providing a
performance as Black Herman at this year's festival.
Madame Nadia:
Madame Nadia has been a diviner for over 20 years. She is a fortune telling
expert, and a teacher of the oracular arts. She is a magical content creator, a
filmmaker, a celebrity psychic, a glamour activist, a Priestess of The Gloss
Fox, and an Exquisite Life coach. Madame
Nadia is an initiated Shakta Tantrika, Palera, and Quimbandera, and holds a
Masters of Arts in Communications. This year Madame Nadia is presenting
a workshop on "Hypnosis in Hoodoo."
Ms. Robin:
Ms. Robin is the Bay Area's premier spiritual sister, a gifted reader, root
worker, and radio personality. She, along with miss catherine yronwode, founded
the Annual MISC Hoodoo Rootwork Workshops. She is best known for her money
spells, gambling spells, love spells, curse spells and doll baby spells.
She will be teaching a a workshop on "The Black Arts of Hoodoo."
Richard Webster:
Richard Webster is author of more than 150 books. They have been translated into 31 languages, and have sold more than thirteen million copies. Richard has appeared on many radio and TV shows around the world, including Hard Copy and 20:20. Richard travels extensively every year to lecture and conduct workshops on metaphysical subjects. He’s conducted many lecture tours in the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
Richard has written seven books about angels, including the best-selling Spirit Guides and Angel Guardians. He’s also produced the Oracle of the Angels card deck, and gives regular readings with these on his Contact Your Angels Facebook page. He also conducts Evenings of Healing with Your Angels and Angel Healing Circles. In his workshop, "Contact Your Angels," Richard will tell you how he was introduced to angels, and how you can connect with the angelic realms to gain peace, inner strength, comfort, and an increased connection with the Divine.
Dr. Jeremy Weiss:
Jeremy is a graduate of catherine yronwode's Hoodoo Rootwork
Correspondence Course, a member of Hoodoo Psychics and AIRR, and
and a specialist in the crafting of amulet bowls, talismans and charms.
He is the author of "Sefer Ha-Sheilat Sefer: Divination with the Seven
Biblical Prophetesses" and the provides readings and rootwork services
through his ministry at the Temple of Miriam the Prophetess. This year
will be teaching a workshop on "Bibliomancy: Divination from the Bible."
Dr. J. Alton West III:
Purposely maintaining a low profile on social media, Dr. J.
Alton West III remains a highly sought after specialist in the
field of sex, love and relationships. He has lectured and
conducted workshops in 16 countries on 5 continents, and at the
prestigious Smithsonian Institute. He is a fully trained Hoodoo
practitioner and conjuror; originally tutored by his Great
Grandmother who lived in New Orleans to be 106 years old. He is
a third generation Christian Minister ordained in both
Pentecostal and Spiritual churches. Dr. West holds two degrees
from The University of Albuquerque and is the recipient of
numerous awards, including The Esoteric Order of Pan and The
Order of the Silver Key. When he makes time for a hobby, Dr.
West enjoys music and painting, or traveling with his adult
daughter. Dr. J. Alton West’s first Book for the general
public, Psychic Sex, is scheduled to be published by the end of
the year, and he is teaching the workshop "Psychic Sex Magic."
